The tallest building in the world, in the desert city of Dubai.
The Burj Khalifa in Dubai is 828 metres high: the tallest building in the world. It opened in 2010 after six years of building and has 163 floors.
Its shape is based on a desert flower. From the ground the tower narrows step by step, which helps it stand up to the wind.
